I'm Payton!
For as long as I can remember, I've loved being creative. I've always been drawn to the process of making something, from the very first idea to all the little details that bring it together. I'm also a planner at heart, and there's something I find especially satisfying about being behind the scenes, figuring out how all the pieces fit together and watching something come to life.
I've always found inspiration in the world around me. Travelling, discovering new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures have shaped so much of the way I think and the things I'm drawn to. That curiosity eventually led me to study International Business, followed by a Master's in Marketing at the University of Melbourne, where I found a way to bring together my interests in creativity, people, and business.
Since then, I've had the opportunity to explore those interests through brand strategy, communications, content creation, and events. What I love most is the balance between the creative and the practical: dreaming up an idea, thinking through the details, and finding a way to make it happen. Whether it's developing a brand's identity, telling a story, or helping create an experience that people will remember, I love being part of the process from beginning to end.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me needlepointing, baking, trying a new restaurant, or planning my next trip.
