A collection of events and experiences I've helped bring to life, from academic conferences and professional gatherings to social celebrations.
My involvement has spanned the creative and logistical sides of event planning, including vendor coordination, budgeting, guest communications, event marketing, and on-the-day execution. Across each experience, I've developed an appreciation for the thoughtful details, careful planning, and collaboration that make an event feel effortless.
Nursing Department Seminar
I supported the on-the-day delivery of the University of Melbourne’s Nursing Seminar Series, assisting with event setup, attendee registration, guest and speaker coordination, and general event logistics. Worked closely with the organising team to ensure the event ran smoothly, providing hands-on support and responding to last-minute needs to create a welcoming and well-organised experience for attendees.
Sorority Brand Trip
I helped plan and execute a brand trip for approximately 40 attendees, bringing together creative details and event logistics to create a cohesive experience. My involvement included designing and coordinating custom merchandise, organising food and catering, and managing the smaller details that brought the event together. From initial planning through on-the-day execution, I focused on creating an experience that felt thoughtful, well-organised, and memorable.
